True Hot-Dip Galvanization

These barriers have been through the true hot-dip galvanization process that protects both the inside and outside of the barrier. Other, lesser barriers, have a thin zinc plating (aka. pre-galvanized), which looks nice but does NOT protect the barrier from rusting long term.

The receiver is a heavy-duty steel plate that is difficult to crush or twist out of shape. Plus it allows for a three-way interlock when making zig-zag lines or creating a counter brace for long single lines.

The flat bases are beveled round to eliminate 90-degree corners and is wider to hold the rubber inserts useful to prevent the barrier from sliding.
