The normal hours of operation are 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. The hours of operation may vary according to the season.
How long does it take to get what you order?
There are generally two factors that determine how fast your merchandise will arrive at its destination for every order.
- We ship in-stock items within one to three business days. If items aren’t normally stocked and have to be custom-made, they usually ship within 5-10 days. For more information about lead times for products before placing an order, please call (866) 855-1249
- When your order is shipped from the factory, the time it takes to arrive depends on the method of shipment and the destination. Orders shipped via UPS ground or common carrier (truck) generally arrive one to seven business days after leaving the factory. Services like 2nd day air and next day air arrive more quickly. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions about your order.
Todoos cannot be held responsible for delays or late deliveries by freight carriers under any circumstance. Transit times are always estimated.

Freight costs are always additional and will be added to your order at the time of invoice. (The only exceptions would be items advertised as part of a “FREE SHIPPING” package, in which there are no additional shipping costs for the items ordered as part of the specific advertised package.) To receive a quote for shipping prior to completing your order, please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
Unless you specify otherwise, we always ship using the most economical method available for you. We receive significant discounts from our shipping partners, and we pass those savings on to you! If you would like to know the exact freight cost prior to placing an order, please feel free to contact us at (866) 855-1249. Any additional freight costs incurred from redelivery to corrected addresses or items returned to our factories due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses are always the responsibility of the customer.

Your payment options
Net 30 terms are available to established customers with good credit. Other customers must prepay by VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, wire transfer, cashier’s check, or company check. Our customer service department can discuss your options with you. Our company is happy to accept purchase orders from public institutions, such as schools and government agencies.
