How to replace a Tensabarrier replacement cassette

Tools required: Philips head screwdriver.

Step #1:
Using your screwdriver, unscrew and loosen the 4 screws situated at the bottom of the splines. Be sure to leave the four screws in place.

Step #2:
Pull the cassette from the stanchion by carefully sliding outward on each spline to release it. Remove the cassette from the stanchion.

Step #3:
The cassette should now be positioned at the top of the retractable belt stanchion. Set the 4 splines in line with the 4 slots in the top of the stanchion. The splines will slide outside while the cassette slides inside the stanchion. You may need to turn the cassette slightly left to right for easier insertion.

Step #4:
Ensure that the cassette is firmly secured by pressing its top.

Step #5:
Tighten the four screws at the bottom of the splines to lock the new cassette into place.

Your stanchion is now ready to use with a brand new tensabarrier replacement cassette.
